Louise was responsible for advising large corporate clients on the viability of acquisitions and disposals, reviewing and preparing business plans and ensuring that all areas of potential exposure were considered and covered – litigation, taxation etc.

Louise emigrated to Australia with her family and spent some years working as a global/corporate accountant for large, Australian public companies. Again this role included significant due diligence work reviewing global, corporate subsidiaries and preparing expert witness accounting information for subsidiaries in legal action with competitors. This experience has given her an excellent understanding of Australian commercial practices and legal and taxation issues.
